This episode is dedicated to the late Bob Barker, who passed on August 26 at age 99. Arguably one of the most influential personalities in CBS and game show history, he had a 51-year run between “Truth or Consequences” and TPIR. His advocacy for animal rights caused him to leave a 20 year gig as host of the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants, as they refused to stop using fur. A winner of 14 Emmys, along with a Lifetime Achievement Emmy, and a member of the Television Hall of Fame. Truly the “World’s Greatest M.C.”.
